This isn't a preschool thing. However, Ava graduated from nursery at church and now gets to go to big girl Primary!!

 

When we were driving home from preschool Ava told me she had a surprise for me. She didn't want me to see what they had made at school that day, and she kept making sure I was NOT looking in her backpack. Well as we were driving I asked her what they had done that day, and what they had learned about. She told me that they had learned about arctic birds. Then she said something like, I called them arctic birds because I want to surprise you and you can't know what I am talking about. So we get home and she pulls out Mr. Penguin here, the arctic bird.
