Conference Weekend

Ava got pretty sick of her car seat this weekend. It was a fun weekend though! My mom, sister and brother came down to visit. My mom slept at our house so she could spend lots of time with Ava, and once again she was very helpful. Friday, Kjirstin, Bri, my mom, me and Ava drove up to Park City for a fun afternoon of shopping. I had way too much fun finding clothes for Ava. She is lucky and looks cute in everything :) We had a lot of fun shopping. However, that is where the fun ended. Everything about the traffic going home was not in our favor. 1. Friday Night traffic, 2. Rush hour traffic, 3. BYU game AGAINST Utah State. Therefore, a 40 minutes trip ended up taking us 2 and a half hours. Ava got hungry and she doesn't like holding still in the car. It was the longest 2 and a half hours of my life. When we finally got back to Orem, Jared and I went to his mission reunion which was fun for him to see everyone from his mission. Saturday we started the day with our traditional Pancake, bacon, and eggs conference breakfast. Conference was good, but kinda hard to pay attention to with Ava in the room :). That night my mom, my aunt and I went to Gardener Village and looked at all the cute shops. We ate dinner at Joe's crab shack after.
