Bennett is one!
Bennett has become such a fun one year old. We all adore him
completely and are constantly in love with everything he does (almost)
He loves playing. He loves playing with people, with toys,
with pots and pans, you name it. He is so playful and loves to have fun and explore. He loves to get into the
kitchen cupboards which we never had to childproof with Ava. We should probably
do that for B. He is especially fond of the ones he knows I really don't want
him in.
Bennett is so cuddly and loves his mom and dad so much. He
cuddles with daddy better than mommy and always pats his back when he gets home
from work.
His smile is the best one I have ever seen. Seriously it is
contagious. He smiles so wide and his cute little teeth show and then he
squints his eyes a lot of the time and it is so stinking cute. I love it so
much. He smiles all the time and is a very happy baby.
He loves to eat adult food. He is done with baby food and
doesn't really like boring finger food either. He loves cafe rio, pot pies,
pizza, etc. This will be nice. Ava does not touch stuff like casseroles or
anything with more than 1 ingredient most of the time.
He is finally sleeping through the night. He goes to sleep
around 8 and wakes at 6 or so. Sometimes going back to sleep for an hour,
sometimes not if he wakes a little later to begin. We have made a lot of
progress in a year :)
Ava is his second favorite person (besides mommy). He gets
so excited when he sees her and when he hears her in another room he will crawl
to find her.
He stands soo well. He is still afraid to even attempt
steps.
He takes 2 naps that are about 1 to 1.5 hours each.
We love him so much!!!
