Four months is SUCH a fun age. The past couple weeks Ava has really started to change. She is becoming so much more social and will actually respond when we talk or smile at her. Dad got a REAL laugh out of her a few days ago. So Stinkin' cute! She especially likes donald duck voice, pretend farting noises, tongues sticking out at her, and being brought up close to dad's face again and again. She is now 13 lbs and 24.3 inches.
We gave her rice cereal on her 4-month b-day, and she doesn't really like it. It is fun for me to try and feed her though so we will probably keep trying it just for the fun of it. She still has BIG Blue eyes- as you can see in the picture below :)
She is such a happy girl in the morning time. Dad grabbed the camera right before he went over to her crib and this is the face she made when she saw him. She is our little night owl still. Her bedtime is somewhere between 11 and midnight. Luckily she is sleeping through the night MOST nights. Last night it was 8 hours. Every once in a while she will still surprise me and want to party at 4 a.m. :) She takes a nap EVERY day at 11 a.m. which is kinda nice to have a set nap at least once per day. When we are gone it is a little harder for her to sleep though. As she has gotten older she sleeps better in her crib rather than when she was a newborn she could sleep anywhere.
Her new favorite hobby is trying to roll over from her back to her tummy, over, and over, and over, and over. She never gives up haha. She started out straight on her play mat- feet down at the end with the blanket. When she tries to roll over she moves. It is so funny to watch! She will get it soon!

That video is so cute!! I love how she kicks her legs after she laughs. Macee does that too! :)
